Hilltops Wines represents a small NSW region with a big heart.
We welcome associate wine companies from outside our region that craft selected wines in their portfolios from Hilltops region grapes. To be labelled ‘Hilltops’ the wine must comprise at least 85% grapes sourced from our region’s vignerons.
Every vintage more wines are proudly declaring their Hilltops origin as more winemakers discover the appeal, diversity and quality of the cool climate grapes from the region – from Prosecco and Pinot Grigio to Shiraz and Sangiovese – and so much more.
